VibeListing is operated by SELLONAI LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). We provide Shopify merchants with product content generation, image generation and editing, SEO optimization, and product publishing tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you install or use VibeListing in connection with your Shopify store or visit our website.

1. Information we collect

The information we process depends on the features you use and the permissions you grant:

  • Shopify information: store identifiers and details, authorized users' names and email addresses, product listings, descriptions, images, files, and inventory and location information needed for the features you use.
  • Content you provide: prompts, conversations, reference images, product links, feedback, and support correspondence.
  • Service records: subscription status, usage and quota records, generated content, and product analysis results.
  • Technical information: IP addresses, browser and device information, pages visited, interactions, referral information, and diagnostic and error logs.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate VibeListing; generate, save, edit, and publish content you request; manage subscriptions and usage limits; respond to questions and provide service communications; understand and improve the service; investigate errors; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations. Paid subscriptions are processed through Shopify. We do not directly collect your full payment card details.

3. AI processing

When you use AI features, we send relevant product text, images, prompts, and necessary conversation context to the AI providers used by those features to analyze content and generate results. Those providers process the submitted information under their applicable service terms and data processing policies. Do not include personal or sensitive information that is unnecessary for your task.

4. Service providers and disclosures

We share information with service providers as needed to operate VibeListing, including hosting, storage, AI processing, analytics, product imports, and billing.
