VibeListing Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of VibeListing, operated by SELLONAI LTD ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using VibeListing, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and the business you represent. You must have authority to act for that business and authorize access to its Shopify store.
1. The service
VibeListing provides AI tools for product content, image generation and editing, SEO optimization, and product publishing. Available features, usage limits, and prices depend on your selected plan and the details shown when you subscribe. You are responsible for keeping your Shopify account secure and for activity performed through your authorized users.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed through Shopify at the price and billing interval you approve. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next renewal. An annual plan is billed for the annual term; a displayed monthly equivalent does not make it a monthly subscription. Applicable taxes and Shopify billing terms also apply.
Your plan includes the usage limits displayed for that plan. Using all available quota does not end your subscription or create a right to a refund. Review the price, billing interval, and limits before approving a subscription or renewal.
3. No refunds
All subscription payments, including initial payments and renewals, are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. SELLONAI LTD does not offer voluntary refunds or prorated refunds for unused subscription time or unused quota.
This policy applies to monthly and annual subscriptions, including when you change your mind, do not use the service, use only part of your quota, exhaust your quota, are dissatisfied with AI results, cancel your subscription, uninstall the app, or close your store. Cancelling after a renewal does not entitle you to a refund of that renewal payment.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Shopify may apply billing adjustments, credits, or other actions under its own rules; this policy does not override those actions or promise to prevent them. 4. Cancellation and plan changes
You can cancel through the subscription controls available in VibeListing or Shopify. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not reverse charges already incurred. If the app remains installed, paid access remains available until the end of the paid period, subject to your remaining quota and these terms. Uninstalling prevents further use of the app and does not create a refund entitlement.
Upgrades, downgrades, and changes between monthly and annual billing follow the timing and charges shown by Shopify when you confirm the change. Any platform-calculated charges or credits are governed by Shopify billing rules.
5. Your content and AI results
You retain any rights you hold in the content you submit. You grant us permission to process, store, and transmit that content to provide the service, including through our service providers. You must have the rights and permissions necessary to upload images, import content, and use any materials you submit.
AI results can be inaccurate, incomplete, or similar to results provided to others. We do not guarantee exclusivity, copyright protection, non-infringement, search rankings, sales, or any particular commercial outcome. You are responsible for reviewing generated text and images, product claims, prices, and other information before publishing or using them, and for complying with applicable laws and platform rules.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use VibeListing for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or infringing activity; submit content you are not authorized to use; bypass usage limits or access controls; interfere with the service; or misuse other people's personal information. We may restrict or suspend access where necessary to address violations, security risks, non-payment, or legal requirements. Suspension does not waive any mandatory legal rights.
7. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. VibeListing depends on Shopify, AI providers, and other third-party services. Their availability, policies, and terms may affect features and results. We do not control those services.
8. Availability and liability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties, and SELLONAI LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated terms here, revise the date above, and provide additional notice where required. Subscription prices and plan changes remain subject to applicable notice and approval requirements.
